Guest Photo and Video Release

If I choose Yes, I give the charter business and its service providers permission to photograph or record me during the trip and to use my image, likeness, voice, and trip-related statements for the charter business's website, social media, advertising, and other promotional materials.

I understand that I will not be paid and that the permitted materials may be edited, reproduced, and published in any media. I release the charter business, its captain and guides, and its service providers from claims arising from a use permitted by this agreement, to the maximum extent allowed by law. This permission does not allow a knowingly false, defamatory, or unlawful use.

This permission applies to materials already created. I may ask the charter business to stop new promotional uses, but materials already published, printed, shared, or archived may not be retractable.

For a guest under 18, Yes must be selected by a parent or legal guardian.

Consent shown to the guest

Selecting Yes and submitting the form means the guest agrees to this Photo and Video Release. Selecting No means the guest does not grant promotional-use permission. Neither option changes permission needed to privately deliver trip photos.
